Cougars call los angeles home.

Did you know that?

To be honest, I didn’t until moving here. In 2012, the famous “Hollywood mountain lion,” P-22, made his trek across two (!!) freeways before settling in to his new digs in Griffith Park. Like many in the city, he captured my attention and heart.

Now, I volunteer with the Cougar Conservancy, a wildlife organization dedicated to helping humans coexist with cougars and other wildlife.

As part of a grant application, I worked with the Cougar Conservancy to develop the narrative and script for this video, as well as proofing and QA in the production phase. This was a true labor of love, mixing marketing and storytelling with big cats.
